Refund Policy

This policy explains when refunds may be issued for membership fees and other payments made through the FRCT platform.

First Response Care Team ("FRCT") is committed to fair handling of payments. Please read this Refund Policy before making any payment on our platform.

1. Annual Membership Fee (₹100)

Eligible for refund

Duplicate payment for the same membership period.
Failed activation due to a technical error on our side.
Rejected registration before membership activation.

Not eligible for refund

Active or partially used membership periods.
Voluntary withdrawal after activation.

2. Scheme Contributions (Sahyog)

Once a contribution is verified and allocated to a beneficiary, it is non-refundable.

3. Online Payments (Razorpay)

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. How to Request a Refund

Contact us with your Member ID, transaction ID, payment date, amount, and reason via our Contact page or email info.firstresponsetrust@gmail.com.
