Welcome to First Response Care Team ("FRCT"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, membership platform, and related services.
1. Nature of the Platform
FRCT is a cooperative mutual aid membership platform. It is not an insurance company, bank, or investment product. Benefits under our schemes are funded through voluntary member contributions and are subject to verification and eligibility rules.
2. Eligibility
- Membership is open to individuals aged 18 to 60 years at registration.
- Members may remain active until 65 years of age.
- Regional eligibility: Delhi NCR.
3. Membership Fee
- Annual membership fee: ₹100, payable once per year.
- This fee covers administration and operational costs — not a financial return or investment.
4. Lock-in Periods
Contributions are voluntary, direct M2M. Platform does not hold funds.
5. Member Responsibilities
- Provide accurate registration and profile information.
- Keep login credentials confidential.
- Cooperate with verification processes in good faith.
- Refrain from fraud or misuse of the platform.
6. Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. See our Refund Policy for payment-related terms.
